The Edo State Police Command killed one suspected kidnapper in a routine operation near Ughiole forest in Etsako West Local Government Area of Edo State. Governor Ifeanyi Okowa has directed the contractor handling the Obiaruku Technical College, Obiaruku in Ukwuani Local Government Area to keep to the October 31 completion deadline.
