Delta State Government has assured persons with impairment, especially the deaf and dumb, of continuous inclusion in government programmes. Chief of Staff, Government House, Rt. Hon. The Abala community in Ndokwa East Local Government Area of Delta State has called on Governor Ifeanyi Okowa to extend his developmental strides to the community.
