The Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) has cancelled contracts awarded to the Express Concern International (ECN) for the training of ex-agitators in its novel Train, Employ and Mentor (TEM) scheme. Some armed bandits terrorizing the Warri Garage, Lower Erejuwa Road and environs in Warri South Local Government Area of Delta State met their waterloo as they were gunned down by the police.
