An unbroken journey of 21 years speaks of sustainability, stability and an indication that the journey is on course. For members of Breakthroughs Chapel International, BCI the attainment of that milestone by their general overseer and vision founder, Bishop King Moses Sogunle was enough reason to conduct a series of praise sessions in appreciation to God for backing the vision.
Celebrations came to a halt Sunday October 31 at the BCI headquarters in Port Harcourt with an all praise thanksgiving service with friends, associates and well-wishers in attendance.
Chief celebrant Bishop Sogunle said God has proven faithful standing with the vision and expanding it.
He encouraged all to be steadfast as God never fails and released some lessons learnt pushing the vision.
He listed the lessons as the fact that God keeps what he gives; God is only committed to those who are committed to him; God makes his grace available only to those who make themselves available; that gratitude is the greatest attitude and that nothing just happens as, there is always a reason for everything that happens.
Other lessons include the fact that everything is subject to change, that mentality determines reality, God is to faithful to fail and that everyone must dare be him/herself.
