A 45-year-old man identified as Udohika has been arrested by the police in Port Harcourt for allegedly assaulting a two-year-old girl. Sources said the man, who is an electronic technician, allegedly lured the girl whenever he was alone in the store at Gada Street, Ogbunabali, Port Harcourt.
