A Federal High Court in Port Harcourt on Monday ordered that a suit seeking the takeover of the functions of the Rivers Assembly by the National Assembly be transferred to the Abuja Division. A 70-year-old woman has given birth to twins following IVF treatment, a hospital in Uganda has said. According to a BBC News report, Safina Namukwaya delivered a boy and a girl via caesarean at a fertility centre in the capital, Kampala.
