The Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, has expressed determination to embrace clean energy sources through practical approaches such as nature-based solutions and green innovations. According to a press release issues by the Director, Corporate Affairs of the commission, Dr. Pius Ughakpoteni, the NDDC MD stated this during a side event at the Climate Change Conference, COP28 in Dubai.
