The Health of Mother Earth Foundation (HOMEF) has embarked on the training of about 80 residents of Ogboibiri, an oil-bearing community in Southern Ijaw Local Government Area of Bayelsa State on how to monitor oil producing activities in their community. The Court of Appeal sitting in Asaba, has delivered a judgment in Appeal No. CA/AS/276/2019: FEDERAL ROAD SAFETY COMMISSION AND DARLINGTON UGO EHIKIM ESQ. and dismissed the appeal filed by the Federal Road Safety Commission challenging the judgment of the Federal High Court, Warri delivered by Hon.
