Bayelsa State government has donated a three-storey building equipped with the state-of-the-art facilities to the Federal Government for the use of Nigeria Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC). The building, which is to serve as Centre for Conflicts Resolutions in the Niger Delta Region and situated in Yenagoa, the capital of Bayelsa, used to be headquartered in Lagos. A bus driver, simply identified as Voki has been reportedly hacked to death in Benin City, the Edo State capital, over N20,000 unpaid balance for his hired 10-seater bus.
