A bus driver, simply identified as Voki has been reportedly hacked to death in Benin City, the Edo State capital, over N20,000 unpaid balance for his hired 10-seater bus. The father of three was reportedly abducted by some hoodlums on Sunday night of June 4, 2023 after a confrontation between him and a yet-to-be identified person over the unpaid balance. Police operatives from Zone 5 headquarters, Benin, have launched a search for persons suspected to be grave robbers who invaded a private residence, exhumed and whisked away the corpse of an octogenarian landlord few hours after he was buried inside his room in Benin City.
