YourNational Livestock Transformation Plan is a lofty idea, given the content ofthe project, but the programme would have been better driven, focusing on thehumans components from which the crisis emanated.
NationalFarmers and Herders Transformation Plan (NFHTP) would have been the appropriatenomenclature for the project.
However, with these available statistics, I believe, will assist your office on the needto concentrate on States having the needed resources (land) in abundance forthe successful implementation of the Programme.
