A philanthropist and the governorship hopeful on the Labour Party (LP) platform for next year’s elections in Edo State, Dr Azemhe Azena, has again given succour to a 15 years old girl, Miss Praise Uduebor from Ekpoma, Esan West Local Government Area of Edo State.
Azena disclosed the information through his Whatapp platform.
The statement said Miss Praise Uduebor was found on the streets of Ekpoma months ago.
Pastor (Dr.) Azemhe Azena, who is popularly known as ‘The Man With the Heart of Gold’ being inquisitive, began investigations to know why she was roaming the streets, and discovered that Miss Praise dropped out from school because no one was ready to help her accomplish her academic dream.
Pastor Dr Azemhe Azena instantly ordered Comrade Marvellous to look into her predicament and make sure she gets off the streets, and back to school at the pastor’s expense.
The message stated,” By the glory and grace of God Almighty who makes all things beautiful in His time, Praise Uduebor has finally been restored back to school, school uniforms, all learning materials have been purchased for her.
“And everyone who heard about it, prayed for the man of God and also eulogized and gave accolades to his kind gestures”.
Available information revealed that, Miss Praise Uduebor has been added to other students on Pastor Azena’s scholarship scheme.
Pastor Azemhe Azena also recently donated a power generating set to the correctional facility in the state and paid the hospital bills of several indigent patients at the popular Irrua Specialist Hospital.
The LP governorship hopeful hails from Okpekpe in Etsako East Local Government Area.
