A resurgence of a cult war arising from rivalry between Aiye and Eiye confraternities which in the past had claimed nearly 50 lives in Benin City, has claimed two more lives within 72 hours. Delta State Government (DTSG) has remitted N24million as oil palm remittance to Nsukwa Community in Aniocha South Local Government Area of the state. The Bayelsa State House of Assembly recently passed the 2022-2025 medium term expenditure framework and fiscal strategy paper (MTEF/FSP) ahead of the expected presentation of the 2022 appropriations bill by the state governor, Douye Diri.
