Job offers have been pouring in for Regina Barizaasi, the girl that was fired from her hotel job for participating in last Saturday’s two-million man march for the Peter Obi presidential aspiration in Port Harcourt.
The latest job offer was from Mr. Stephen Isokariari, a travel agent, who offered Regina a job at his table water factory in Port Harcourt. Isokariari also offered to facilitate a scholarship for Regina to continue her studies at Ignatius Ajuri University of Education.
Isokariari who said he had made contact with Regina, disclosed that she was off-duty when she participated in the Peter Obi march and did not violate any rule governing her job at the hotel.
He said the offer he made to her would see her earn N40,000 a month, as against the N20,000 she was paid by her former employer.
Meanwhile, the Omega Power Ministry, run by Pastor Chinyere Chibuzor, had also offered Regina a job at the OPM Press with a salary of N50,000 a month. Regina has already begun orientation at OPM.
Regina, who hails from the Ogoni area, lives with her sister in Port Harcourt, while her parents, who are farmers, live in the village.
