The Presidential Amnesty Programme, PAP, and Wigwe University, Isiokpo, have begun discussions on how they can partner to make quality university education accessible to youths of the Niger Delta.
The discussions were held at the Abuja office of PAP, where the Vice-Chancellor of Wigwe University, Prof. Marwan Alkaidi, led a delegation of university to meet with the Coordinator of the PAP, Dr. Dennis Otuaro.

A statement from the PAP said, “Today, the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Chief Dr. Dennis Brutu Otuaro, received Prof. Marwan Al-Akaidi, Vice Chancellor of Wigwe University, Isiokpo, Rivers State, at his Abuja office.
“The meeting focused on exploring strategic partnerships aimed at providing our children with access to quality education in a conducive and future-forward learning environment.
“This aligns with Chief Otuaro’s unwavering commitment to human capital development and a brighter future for the Niger Delta,” the statement said.
