As the Betsy Obaseki football competition aimed at engaging the youths and enclectured them to stay away from hard drugs, FC Kobo of Lagos has been humiliated the Edo Queens by 1- 0 win to clinch the N5million prize.
The lone goal of the match was scored in the 24th minute of the first half by Oladeti Rukayat.
The only goal which gave FC Robo the win was scored at the first half of the march, as a result of the overzealous and non-charlat attitudes displayed by Edo Queen players at the pitch.
The FC Robo became the champions of the second edition of the Betsy Obaseki Women Football Tournament (BOWFT) after beating the host Edo Queens 1-0 at the weekend, in Benin city, Edo state.
In the third place match, Delta Queens defeated Nasarawa Amazons 4-2 in a penalty shoot-out after both teams failed to find the back of the net after 90 minutes of epic battle and 30 minutes extra-time.
