Abraham Ebini, in a statement, while briefing the press, stated that Egberipapa’s appointment as a member of the presidential campaign committee was a testament of his competence and acceptance by the PDP nationwide of his ability as a grassroots mobilizer and a political field marshal.
Amb. Sobomabo has demonstrated over the years that he is in a class of his own as a master of the game,” he said, “During the 2015 election until date, we have seen and felt his positive impact at the helm of affairs. More especially, Egberipapa has remained a leading force in strengthening and pioneering several youths/PDP support groups even in trying times.
“As one of the newly appointed member of the PDP Presidential Campaign Committee, Hon. Jackrich will be better positioned to represent the interest of the youths, women and elderly in Rivers State and Niger Delta on the national stage in a bid to ensure PDP’s victory.”
Hon. Ebini urged Amb. Sobomabo to use his position to champion the cause of solidifying a total victory for His Excellency, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar (GCON) at the 2019 election within the South-South geopolitical region and the Niger Delta, while emphasizing that he would continue to advocate for the voiceless and the less privilege of the society.
Furthermore, Abraham congratulated all appointees from Rivers origin and the entire nation into the committee. He noted that the appointment of Egberipapa alongside H.E Seriake Dickson, Governor of Bayelsa State, H.E Engr. Tele Ikuru, Former Deputy Governor of Rivers State, Rt. Hon. Austin Okpara, Former Deputy Speaker of the House of Representative, Dr. Tammy Danagogo, Former Minister of Sports, Hon. Osita Chidoka, Former Minister of Aviation, Hon. David Briggs among others is an indication for a sealed victory for the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in the forthcoming 2019 election.
Meanwhile, the members of the South-South Alliance for Atiku has showered encomiums on the Niger Delta freedom fighter, Amb. Sobomabo Jackrich as he turns 41 years old, a day after his inauguration as a member of the PDP Presidential Campaign Committee.
On his part, the State Coordinator of the SSAFA, Hon. Abraham Ebini took to his twitter handle, thus;
