Rivers State Deputy Governor, Dr. Mrs Ipalibo Harry Banigo has felicitated with the immediate past deputy governor of Rivers State, Teleyem Renner Ikuru as he celebrated his birthday on Thursday, February 24, 2021.
In a statement issued from the Rivers State Government House in Port Harcourt Thursday, February 24, 2021, signed by Owupele Benebo, head of Press, office of the deputy governor, Dr. Banigo described Tele Ikuru as a seasoned engineer, grass root politician, patriot and administrator, who served the state meritoriously in varied capacities as, a commissioner for Agriculture and Natural Resources, commissioner for Housing and Urban Development and a two- time deputy governor.
Dr. Banigo while wishing the former deputy governor many happy returns prayed to God to continue to bless and keep him in good health.
